Children are naturally adventurous and like to explore and investigate their environment. With this comes the inevitable bumps, bruises and mishaps that all parents recognise as part of growing up. But did you know that over one million children are admitted to A&E every year? Fortunately most childhood injuries are minor and children recover quickly, but sometimes the situation is serious and it is important that the baby or child receives the best possible care as quickly as possible.
